Default Error 1606

New user to XP Professional x64. I have been trying to install a program from
a disk for my daughter with no success. We keep getting "Product: CAL Tutor -
Spelling, Spell Bowl and Spelling Bee -- Error 1606. Could not access network
location "::\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop". I have no idea what
this means or what to do. I am signed on as the administrator when I am
trying to install this. Help!!!

Are you using any Norton / Symantec software?
