Updating front page please help!!

Hi at the website justzelda.zeldacentral.net we lost our administrator and we
now cannot update our front page. The admin had sent me a folder to connect
to the website and i need to know how to update the front web page.

Please take alook at the site and let me know if you can help

1. Buy and install Microsoft Frontpage or equvalent.
2 Using MS Internet Explorer,
FILE
Save as a web page complete
3. Do your updates.
4. Publish back to
http://justzelda.zeldacentral.net/
Hope you know the password to the web site.
