Help

This is a last resort before I re-install XP and wipe everything.
5 seconds after logging on a Spyware Dctor Live-Update pop-up freezes
everything.
I just about have enough time to get on the Internet,I can't read my
emails and I can't move around the computer because everything
freezes.
When I log off I get an explorer.exe programme is not responding.
What Can I do.

Ok,you have a malware probably.
Get into Safe Mode with Networking and get the tools needed.
Then leave Safe Mode with Networking and get only in Safe Mode
Perform these malware removal instrcutions:
