Default Loging off programs using CTRL+ALT+DEL

I am the administrator on my computer, which I share with several others. I
use to be able to do CTRL+ALT+DEL and get a window where I could log off
others and see which programs were operating. Now I only get the part where
it shows who is logged in? What happen to the other parts and how do I get
them back?

Thank you in advance

Double-click on any border to retrieve the menu bar.

You are running the Task Manager in what's called "Small
Footprint Mode." To toggle between Small Footprint Mode and
regular mode, double click on the window border.
