I bought my computer a couple of months ago. Because of recent blackouts ,
microprocessor has been damaged. Technical support installed a new processor ( doing system restoration before). After installing a new processor Windows is not working properly, I constantly get a message SYSTEM WILL SHUTDOWN AND RESTART and/or with opening new windows, it freezes. What should I do? thank you |

Try opening event viewer, chk the events/warnings posted. What caused the
processor to fail, usually its heat, usually other components would get damaged at the same time, try warranting the board also.... "Maggie" wrote: > I bought my computer a couple of months ago.
