Hi again. When I went to the folder that denies me access and followed your
suggestion: Explorer|"folder"|File|Properties|Security|Advance d|Owner . But,
when I get to "security" it does not take me to "owner," It takes me to
"advanced" which then lets me choose security and settings for file sharing.
There is no 'owner." As I said earlier, I cannot drag that file I want to
share , it will not allow me to.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
J

This article may help. You may need to start a 'Safe Mode' boot and logon as
local administrator to take ownership.
