Default modem causing startup

An incoming phone call is causing XPhome SP2 to boot.
I cannot find a setting for this.
Fax is set to not receive.
Modem Power Management:"allow this device to bring computer out of
standby" is not checked.
Does anybody have any suggestions...
Cheers

Enter the BIOS and disable "Wake on LAN".

Actually, the setting would be "Wake on Ring", or its equivalent.
