How do i change the windows security center settings for my limited account

limited users.

As far as I can see, a limited user can view the settings in Security
Center, but only an administrator can change them. If that's correct,
it would make sense that what an administrator does affects every
user on the machine.

It's easy to check. Make a change as administrator, then log on as a
limited user and open the Security Center to see if the change was
applied. If so, you'll know it was applied for all users.
