hi,

when i go to 'task mananger', when i look at the commit charge, i used to
get 1250,

now i get 1249, but i have no extra processes, etc... i dont know when this
started happening, as i only noticed it today.

and when i'm just using my computer, i get this quick window pop-up and then
it dissapears, within half a second. i dont know wat it is, and it happens
at random times. this started happening about 3 days ago.

are any of the above things related? i've tried doing a restore point, and
the ram report is still the same, but the window flash has gone. but i think
the window flash only happens once every day.
the only thing i have installed is photoshop 7 and google earth.

any ideas? help?
