Default Sorting Folders and Files next to each other related.

Is it possible to do the thing like this:

when you have a lot of html web pages saved in one place this is realy
inconvenient windows xp to sort them like to take the folders firstly
on the top and then the files below

this option is realy convenient when you have a folder with a lot of
webpages saved there in 'html/content directory' way not saving entire
web page in a single file archive

not all web browsers support web page archeve file save

this I ask for the reason I find this realy when I do my document
sorting
