Some of us prefer to do that, rather than misrepresent ourselves with munged
email addresses, but then I'm in the minority on that.

And I do get lots of spam. <G> Anybody need any?

I usually get less than 300 spam messages a day. Easy to handle without an
extra program.

The accounts I use in these groups are always valid - and they get less spam
between them than the master account on my ISP, which is NEVER used except
for communication with them.

Well, to see if maxing out the 2-1/2 gig gmail allowance is possible - that
would be interesting. Delete nothing and try search for non-spam.

My aversion to crap exceeds my distaste for using a bogus email address.
I get no spam. Yours is the more honorable choice.

I've been busting my buns on solving a server problem all week and I get a
chance to come back in here and look what you've done!!!!!!!! Get out the
wet noodles. :-)

Steve not being just another pretty face, Norman expressing his inner
feelings, spam, advertising, sex drugs (note no comma) and no rock and
roll!!!

I come into the group and Figgs has created a long thread, er uh,
conversation so I knew it was a "just gots to know" one.

Shall I start the measurments for the asbestos suit, I may have some old
ones I can send you. I think the one I used for the full screen post to
Spaceman is a bit worn, but there are a few left I can donate :-)

Gee, I just wished it had some political or religious overtones in there
somewhere, we could have add some more newsgroups then :-)
