Default viruses?

hi,i am trying to get to grips with understanding what to do after being
infected with virus(s)i am using avast 4.6 free edition i have just done a
scan and it appears i have 2 infected files VBS:Malware[Script] and
Win32:CTX avast recommded i put them to the virus chest which i have
done, but i dont know what happens next do i leave them there and forget about
them, there was an option to delete this file which i would have thought would
be the safest option but i did what was recomended.I hear about undoing
system restore and things but as i say i am just trying to understand, thanks
for any help.

The best you cabn do is follow instructions.. if you get further problems,
try another AV program..

Have you run SpyBot, Adaware to see what they find?.. you might also want to
download and run SpywareBlaster too..

SpyBOT.. http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

Adaware.. http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

SpywareBlaster.. http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/

Ewido is a 30 day trial, but looks to be pretty good.. even worth paying for
the full version, maybe..
