Default i think ive messed up my settings

my pc is only 6 months old and was working perfectly (im a fairly new user)
anyway since installing sp2 my comp hasnt been the same, ive got loads of
stuff telling me what to do etc.. which i dont understand, & one of my fav
programes wont work, i dont have a clue what to do. is it possible for me to
send a copy of all my errors to someone? (someone told me i could) that they
could explain to me whats wrong? or can anyone tell me if there is any truth
in someone being able to comunicate with me online in which they can read &
try to fix the errors? id be so gratful for any help thanks Ellen

If you have problems with Service pack 2 ,remove it from Add/Remove Programs.
Strat-Settings-Control Panel-Add/Remove programs
So you'll have SP 1 .
Don't worry.

Only one thing...when you remove SP2 and leave only SP1 ,you need a software
firewall +pop up blocker ...

If somehow later you decide you want SP2 again, make sure you have prepared
your system for it: absolutely malware free system, your pc meets the
minimun system requirements and things like that...
