RUNDLL Error message
When I'm starting up XP on my DELL, I'm getting a RUNDLL window, that gives
the following message, "Error Loading DOCEOC16B1" -- Device Manager then shows "not responding" for any action I try to take... Please help me resolve this error -- Many Thanks.....
