Hi All,

Recently I downloaded a patch for a game thats needed in order to play this
game on XP. To be specific, its the patch for Command & Conquer - Red
Alert. Anyway I can't delete or get rid of this patch, no matter what I do.
Whenver I tried to delete this program, I get a message saying "Cannot
delete RA108USP: It is being used by another person or program. Close any
programs that might be using the file and try again." Problem is, I
unistalled Red alert and deleted the folder in Windows Explorer (in that
order, BTW) so I have no idea what this message is refering too. I was
wondering if anyone has had the same experience with this problem and if
there's a way to delete this program. I know I should go to the game
website, which I have, but there's no info there. Thanks in advance for any
suggestions.

Boot in safe mode.
