Default user trouble

i have 3 people in my family and we have recently joined to broadband we
have three different users on our login screen. However the problem is
we only have broadband on the main user. How can it be changed so all 3
users can have broadband on there on logins?

Hi,

Did you set it up using software from the service provider? If so, you may
need to redo it under each account (meaning the provider is lazy and hasn't
updated their connection software to install properly in an XP environment).

Otherwise, when logged in as a user that it is not currently connecting in,
check the networking folder and see if the icon for it is there and is set
as the default connection.

Hi,

Log into their accounts, then run the software provided to you. If they are
not admin accounts, right click the setup file and choose "run as", then
enter an admin account name and password.
