Hi everyone
I have WIN XP with IE6 A new problem has started and I don't know why or how to fix it. I hope someone here can help. When I click on the back button nothing happens until I click somewhere on the open page and then on the back button. It then changes pages. Another problem is I keep getting on the web pages I visit near the top a message like this page cannot be displayed. But the page is there. Will await your replies. Thanks in advance. |

Some web sites manipulate things so that the back button doesn't go back.
Sometimes you have to click the drop-down arrow on the Back button and select a previous site. Microsoft is notorious for having pages that do this. Also see these... Hi I had this problem to. Spent ages on the microsoft site gave up in the end. So now use Firefox, have had no problems since. Also as a foot note I think Firefox is a safer browser as well.
