HI Sharon, When I R click on the Favorites title on the menu, all I get is
'Close Toolbar' as a choice. When I R click on the Favorites icon on the task bar at the top of the screen, there is no 'sort by name' choice either. When you say Favorites on the menu, do you mean the Favorites title that is above the listing of all my favorite sites that appears in the left of my screen (after I have selected Favorites from the top toolbar?). I am very frustrated by this (or else REAL SLOW LEARNER!). What I am trying to do is alphabetize the listing of favorites that appears on the left of my screen. Thanks for your help. No, that is not what the Favorites title on the menu means.
Use the menu option Favorites which is on the menu bar in a list of "File Edit View Favorites Tools Help" Use the menu option Favorites and when a favorite flies out, rightclick on it and select "Sort by name" Don't use the Favorites panel. It must be the menu option or you may also do it from Start-Favorites ....Alan -- Alan Edwards, MS MVP Windows -Internet Explorer On Fri, 25 Nov 2005 10:05:04 -0800, Jeanne <Jeanne@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: >HI Sharon, When I R click on the Favorites title on the menu, all I get is >'Close Toolbar' as a choice.
