Hi,
I have windows xp home on a dell.
When agent uses a program to view a jpg or gif. It is using nero
picture to open it. But I get an error when nero comes up.
How can I change it from Nero to windows picture & fax viewer?

Right click a jpg file | Properties | General tab |
Click the Opens with Change button | Locate and select Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer | Click OK | Click Apply | Click OK

Do the same for a gif file.

You may also have to do this...

Click Start |Click Run | Paste: regsvr32 shimgvw.dll | Click OK
