Recently my computer started scrolling erratically. I'll try and read an
online page or read my email and the page races up and down and up and down. There is no way to control it, to stabilize it. This happens after I've been online for a half hour or so, not when I first get online. Would appreciate any insight here. It is very frustrating to try and read while the page is zipping up and down. Thanks |

Have you installed Motive SmartBridge, supplied by your ISP?

No. Will check with my ISP about Motive SmartBridge. Have done a thorough
cleaning of the mouse and perhaps that was the problem. Will see after spending time online for a while. Thanks for your advice.
