Default File access permission

Hello all,

I have been using a software call "asf Tools" for joining wmv file.

It had been working flawlessly for 4 years until three days ago when it
suddenly reported that I have access permissions problem to a 'asfcut.exe'
file. I did not change anything on the computer when this happened. In fact,
I uninstalled and then reinstalled the software, but I got the same error
messages.

Thanx for your help in advance.

Frankie
