I am trying to access my C drive and I keep recieving an error message
that says
/FILES/SETUP/setup.ini is missing or invalid. Please make sure the
file is accessible or vaild.

PLEASE HELP! I am not very computer literate and I need this problem
fixed.

No such "animal". In Windows the file is called mp_setup.ini.
You have probably picked up malware/spyware while surfing the
Web. Suggest you do the following:
Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition - Download Free version and Run It!
