symantec.customerservice.general

I suppose you need to look on their website for server login
information.

Not newsgroups, but other sources of help:

http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/index.html - Symantec tech support
http://live-symantec.custhelp.com/cg...duser/live.php
- Symantec Live Chat
http://castlecops.com/f80-Norton_Anti_Virus.html - forum for Symantec
products at CastleCops

I am not able to open Outlook Express email links in Internet Explorer. Seems
this problem began after installing and uninstalling a software program.
Thanks for any suggestions for correcting the prosblem.

You've tacked an unrelated problem onto someone else's post. This is
called "hijacking" and it prevents both the original poster and the new
poster (you) from getting good help. Make a new post including all the
details.

Here is a link to help you make a good newsgroup post:
http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm

The reason you are having difficulties in posting is because you are
using the web interface, the worst way to access these newsgroups. You
will get far more out of this resource if you learn to use a
newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows, but you can
use Outlook Express since you already have it. Here are some links to
information about newsgroups:
