If you log on as administrator and click Start | Connect To | <your account>
does it connect automatically or do you get a popup where you have to click
Dial?

If that popup appears, click in the circle for "Anyone who uses this
computer".

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I was trying to connect using my isp's shortcut icon,
but clicking start, connect to, and my isp WORKED! We can use it now! I
can't thank you enough! It was such a little thing, but if you don't know
it---you are doomed until someone helps you. Eternally grateful-----KIM
