Default Autoplay

Hi

When I right click a removable drive, then select Autoplay, then highlight
Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer and check the 'Always do
the selected action', the system does not 'remember' to do it the next time
I plug in my removable drive. When I go back to check, the check box for
'Always do the selected action' is unchecked.

Please can you let me know how to ensure the action is remembered? Your
help will be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Don't ever remove the drive.

Do you understand what I'm getting at? When you unplug the drive, the next
time you plug it in, Windows says "Aha, something new."
