Please help us to help you. First of all, put your question in the body of
your message, not in the subject line. Many people hardly ever look at
subject lines, and will miss your question entirely this way. I almost did.

Second, what does "not able to" mean? What happens when you try? If you get
an error message, please quote it verbatim.

Do you have PowerPoint (or the free PowerPoint viewer) installed?

You didn't answer the question I asked: "Do you have PowerPoint (or the free
PowerPoint viewer) installed?"

And if you find that you don't have PowerPoint or the viewer installed, go
here (long URL)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
or here (short URL) http://tinyurl.com/3nend to download the FREE
PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft.
