I recently purchased a laptop with Windows XP Home Edition. During the setup
of the laptop, it promted me for activation, but I chose to delay it because I didn't have an internet connection setup yet. However, now I can't find the Windows Activation Wizard again. The help says look for it under All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools, but it's not there. And typing oobe /msoobe /a didn't help either. I am afraid when the 30 days expire, I won't be able to use the laptop any more. What's going on? -- Windows XP Home Edition |

But running: C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a will work. -- __________________________________________________ Post replies to the newsgroup - Share with others.
