Windows dont start

All of the sudden my windows dont start, no welcome page, and hangs on the
starting windows.I get a message saying that :We apologize, windows did not
start,it is because of hardware or software problem.I write this from safe
mode
How can I fix this big problem?
I would apreciate your help.

The message disappear in 30 seconds, and it says this:We apologize for the
inconvenice, but windows didnot start succefuly. A recent hardware or
software change cause this.
If your computer stpo rsponding unexpectably, or was automatic shut down
to protect your files.
A previus startup attempt was interrupted dur to power failure or because
the power reset buttom was pressed, or if you arent sure what cause problem,
choose
Safe mode
Safe Mode....
Or start windows normaly.

This is what the messge says.
Please help.
