Default Prompt for adding user to admin group after running sysprep

I am not sure if i am in the right area or not but i have a queation.

I am using sysprep to deploy many machines on a domain. I have most of
sysprep figured out except for one thing.

after i run sysprep and give out the machine i would like to be able to add
the user to the admin group during mini setup. i know there is a way of doing
but i am not sure how. It should prompt right after the prompt for adding the
machine to the domain.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
