We just got our Inspiron 6000 laptop about 3 months ago and are beginner
users. We have watched movies but finally got some software for xmas and when insert them the drive just makes a few noises and seems to not recognize that there is a CD in the drive. Dell tells me it is a software problem and I should call their line and pay for assistance. This software does work in another computer. Please help out a beginner! Thanks so much!! |

Specifically, describe the software you're having
