Default How do I see what programs automatically start on my XP computer?

I have a Windows XP PC. How can I see what programs are set up to
automatically run when I start my computer?

Go to Start | Run, and type MSConfig. Look on the Startup tab.

That will show some of them (but you have to log in as an
administrator first). The free Autoruns will show them all, and it
runs in a limited or administrator account, and it's got a better
interface IMHO:

Interesting, thanks. I hadn't seen this before.

It's certainly much more complete, but I actually think that it's *too*
complete for the average user, and would do nothing but confuse him. I'll
continue to recommend MSConfig, which comes with Windows, and will meet the
needs of almost everyone.
