After repairing WinXP Pro, I tried to update with SP2.
In the middle of installing files (of SP2), I got an "access denied" error. I am wondering what caused this problem. I am thinking whether Norton Antivirus (ccApp was removed from Startup, though) program caused the problem. Please advise me how to go around this Access Denied siutation. Craig |

Hi,
I read that article. It referred to SP1, not SP2. Does that article apply to SP2? Thanks.
