How do I reinstall 'My Music' folder?

How do I recover the 'My Music 'folder which was deleted when music files
were moved to an external drive. My daugther has an Ipod whic relies on
Itunes for downloading music files and Itunes requires the My Music folder
which is no longer in my deleted bin and 'restore' cannot go back far enough
to recover it. Any help would be appreciated

Type in Start Run

rundll32 mydocs,PerUserInit

Although it may be on that removable drive, to see type in Start Run

cmd /k reg query "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders"

and

cmd /k reg query "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders"

and

cmd /k reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders"

cmd /k reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders"

and make sure nothing with music in it points to the removable drive.

Hi again,
I tried the suggestions given, but still no joy getting the folder back. The
external drive in question is no longer in use, but none of the paths you
mentioned point to it. In ear;ier versions of windows you used to be able to
recover things from CAB files, but this doesn't seem to be available in XP.
Any other ideas would be welcome. Thanks.

Just to say thanks and the problem has now been solved by using a little
program called REGFIX, which has restored all special folders back to
DEFAULT.
