Default Receiving e-mail

I can't receive or send e-mail, the connection is fine as I can use the
internet still.
Please advise of what to do!

Correct the mail server settings in whatever email program you are using.
If you're using a 3rd party firewall, be sure its allowing the mail program
to access the internet.

This sounds like it might be related to your firewall s/w. I know Norton
Inet Sec. can cause this problem.
You need to work w/them to fix it. But as stated before, more info. is
needed.
