Default html markup for local links

Hi,
I am interested in making links in my word processor to
other documents. Is there a way to do this.

For example I want a link to a document located as below:
E:/Documents/Board/Cruz.doc

Thanks

Does your word processor have a Help menu?

For example, in Microsoft Word you would lookup 'create a hyperlink' in the
Help menu and get complete instructions.
