When I go to the "Appearance and Themes" section under "Control Panel", I am
not able to access any of the tasks offered (changing computer's theme; changing desktop background; choosing a screen saver; changing screen resolution). I click on each of these items, and nothing happens. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Thank you for your time and assistance! |
