Hi, I am new to this forum. Although I am technician my-seIf, I am
having this problem on my laptop that I cannot solve. I have Norton antivirus and firewall installed. when I look at my task manager I see multiple ccapp .exe processes running. There are four to five instances running at a time. Anyone know what causes this? I've ran antivirus, adaware, spybot, no help! Thank your. |
