Default Removing Kazaa

I can't get rid of Kazaa. When I try to remove it through Control Panel, I
get an error, saying to close running programs, empty temporary folder, check
internet connection-internet-based setups(which I don't know what they mean).
Any help would be appreciated. thanks. John

Reboot - try it again.
Reboot in Safe mode and remove it there.
