I'm in a Windows Operating System Class in which we recently set up Alerts so
that we would recieve a on screen alert, at (username), when the % processor time is over 10%, relatively simple right?, wrong... Nobody in the class including the professor is able to get the alerts to trigger. The System Monitor Shows that the % Processor Time goes above 50% when I open Windows Explorer 7 times, and yet, still no Alert Message. Can Anybody help me? |
