Every time I try to login under the guest user account or a third account I
setup, I keep getting a "Explorer.exe error" every 10 seconds or so. Then the Microsoft programs shut down and I am sent back to the desktop. However, under my personal administrator's account, all is fine. All programs are up to date. When I try to debug, clicking the debug button doesn't do anything. If I go in to see what the error report contains, I get the following info: AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: kernel32.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0001eb33 I can't think of any way to start troubleshooting. Any recommendations? |
