XP Home Edition Back UP will not work
It works on my Laptop which runs XP Pro... On my Desktop computer, it dies
right as is it taking the snapshot. I have tried multiple backup locations and installed and re-installed several times. There seems to be no issue with my Firewall (McAfee). The file I am using is ntbackup.msi Backup Status Operation: Backup Active backup destination: File Media name: "Backup.bkf created 11/30/2005 at 12:38 PM" Error returned while snapping the volume:80042301 Aborting Backup. ---------------------- The operation did not successfully complete.
