have 3 yellow question marks

under device manager i have question marks beside multimedia audio
controller,video controller and video controller(vga compatible). cannot seem
to fix this...cannot update using the wizard or disc

Have you installed the drivers that came with your machine?

They are probably on the CD that came with the motherboard or a driver
CD from your computer manufacturer.

If you have lost the CD then go to the manufacturers site and download
the drivers from there.
