Unable to drag files form zip folder to desktop

When I get a zip folder, I normally open it and drag the files to the desktop
(or another folder), without using the "Extract to..." option.

I can no longer drag files inside zip folders to anywhere... also (I dont
know if this is related) I cannot drag file attachments in incoming mails in
outlook to the desktop or any other folder.

Please help, this is the strangest thing and i´m lost.
