Default Problem with windows activation.

Yes, that computer from which gave me trouble before, is better now since I
put in a 128MB Ram stick from a good PC, but the thing is, I did activate
windows, and it said windows is activated, but later on when I rebooted it
and I saw the windows activation thing poped up and said that windows needs
to be activated, so I had to go through the trouble to get it activated again
and now it says again that it needs to be activated when it already has...

could their be something wrong in the activaton thing?

Any help is welcomed.

Default Re: Problem with windows activation.

Possible Resolution:

Boot into "Safe Mode" by pressing (F8) during a reboot.

Go to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 regwizc.dll , and hit enter.
Then go again to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 licdll.dll , and hit enter again.

Apparently, and I can't say how, the above files became unregistered.

Additional Troubleshooting:

You are prompted to activate Windows every time you restart your computer
