Hi all,
Re the above, I have just got a copy of Exchange server V4 + SP1 and wish to install on my small server at home, when I run setup for the I386 folder, I get a message that the system asks for the PC to be on a Windows NT domain for the install to continue - ideas please. Ray |

No idea, just fact. MS Exchange needs to live on a server version of
Windows, SmallBusinessServer or Win2003 or so. And in a domain, workgroup is not enough. -- ************************************************** **** Most learned on these newsgroups Tumppi, Helsinki, FINLAND (translations from/to FI not always accurate) ************************************************** **** "Ray Kilham" <RayKilham@discussions.microsoft.com> kirjoitti viestissä C7B1C93-F8AF-42F8-A2BE-DC89AE9C7313@microsoft.com...> Hi all, > > Re the above, I have just got a copy of Exchange server V4 + SP1 and wish > to > install on my small server at home, when I run setup for the I386 folder, > I > get a message that the system asks for the PC to be on a Windows NT domain > for the install to continue - ideas please. > > Ray |
