open windows
the ??? is always asked...why does the link or second window always open
reduced...how/ where is an adjustment made to command FULL screen secondary window openings...thank you.... -- the Mailman

In some programmes dragging the corners to the desired size and then closing the window using the button with a white X in a red button at the top right of the screen. However, this is not a solution for every programme. -- Hope this helps.
