Default disabled startup file

Windows XP Was cleaning startup and accidently disabled required file.
Computer continually restarts. Tried safe mode and restarting in last know
working condition, didn't work. Still just continued to start up and shut
down. How do I get to where I can turn my start up back on? Thank You

Hi

Do you know which file was disabled? If not and you can't access Windows by
any of the means you have already tried, you will have to attempt a 'Repair'
install of XP. Please have a look at the following article by Michael
Stevens:

"How to Perform a Windows XP Repair Install"
