Default Repair IE and OE

Hi,

For some time now I have had the feeling that all was not quite right with
my Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.

I remember in earlier versions of these apps that you could go to Control
Panel and click Delete and be given the option to Repair instead of Delete.
This doesn't appear to be the case with XP Home.

Is there somewhere I can go to Repair OE & IE without having to do a
re-install?

TIA,

Terry
