Default RE: CD and DVD drives have same name now

If you are showing two drives witht he Same Letter to designate the Drive
something is seriously wrong..I would wonder if some person tampered with the
PC-settings..however..the drive may not have a Program Installed that allows
it to WRITE the File..the Program that created the File needs to be Loaded or
Installed..for instance..My DVD-files can not be written unless I use the
ROXIO Software..If I locate the FILE and attempt to SEND it too the DRIVE I
get a Error Message that the File won't write..if I OPEN the File into a
ROXIO-software Program and then CLICK the BURN Button it Writes.
