If you are showing two drives witht he Same Letter to designate the Drive
something is seriously wrong..I would wonder if some person tampered with the PC-settings..however..the drive may not have a Program Installed that allows it to WRITE the File..the Program that created the File needs to be Loaded or Installed..for instance..My DVD-files can not be written unless I use the ROXIO Software..If I locate the FILE and attempt to SEND it too the DRIVE I get a Error Message that the File won't write..if I OPEN the File into a ROXIO-software Program and then CLICK the BURN Button it Writes.
