I downloaded images, resized them, put in a folder. Now when I go to that
folder the file has changed to ? and I can't open it in any program. I checked with a file that I haven't change and the file shows it will open in windows picture and fax view. Once I move it to a folder it changes and it won't open. |

I have no idea what is happening, but what happens if you move a file out of
that folder back into your picture folder? If it lets you move the files (you might have to rename the files and make sure they have the original file extension) I'd move them all out, delete the folder in question and create a new folder. There might be something in the folder setting causing the problem.
